    Hello,

    I have built a website using Woodmart in a folder and then upon completion move the site to the root of the domain, but now suddenly images appear broken that have been added using the WPBakery Page Builder elements ‘blog’ and others. If I input the image sizes as ‘medium’, ‘large’ etc. if works okay but when I input images in exact size, i.e. 300×200 (which worked well in the folder I built the website in) all of a sudden these images appear broken.

    I have got the latest versions of WP, Woocommerce, WPBakery Page Build and the Woodmart theme.

    I wonder if the image calling function is still set to the previous URL and now needs changing somewhere in the theme files. Can you please let me know or have another solution to setting fixed image sizes?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please do not set the size in the image elements, set full or real image size. The final view of image depends on the width and height of the block which contains the image. Try to set full and check.
