Header CSS constantly generating, not working all the time

Hello there,
Something has recently gone wrong with the xts-header.css file. It seems to be constantly generating new ones and then not always providing the correct one for visitors to our website. Since May 1, 2020, we now have 3091 xts-header.css files in our uploads folder, despite having made no changes to the header. Do you know why this would be?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

At the moment, we cannot disable plugins as this is a live site for our client. If you really need us to disable plugins, I will go to our client and ask for permssion.
Please, check your admin password because we can’t log in. And it seems that our IP is banned now. Please, disable the blocking module temporarily.

Hello there,
This is an old issue of ours that never really went away. We were able to code in our own CSS to help render the site. However, we’re still having issues where the xts-header_****.css and xts-theme_settings_default-****.css are not loading. This is causing 404 errors and causing our clients concern for their SEO.
Due to privacy reasons I am unable to provide you admin access to the live site. I cloned the site to a staging server but the issue doesn’t recreate on the staging server. I’m somewhat perplexed to be honest.
This issue only started happening after updating to Woodmart 4.5. The issue still remains for us on Woodmart 4.6.
Two questions:
1. Is there a way disable enqueuing xts-header_****.css and xts-theme_settings_default-****.css ?
2. Is there some way to revert to the 4.4 version of Stylesstorage via our child theme?
If you have any other suggestions or thoughts on what to change, please let us know.

There is maybe something wrong with your server configuration that causes this problem. Anyway, the only possibility for us to help you is to get your website access and troubleshoot the problem.
1. Sorry, but there is no option to disable this mechanism.
2. PHP classes are not overridable via the child theme in WordPress.
