Header Builder Not Working

I have tried to get the theme header builder to work. The issue comes up with a few different things such as Text. It stays on a blank page. Everything is directed to HTTPS and I have gone through the various things such as turning off all plugins not related to the theme. Please advise as this is critical.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and update the theme to the latest version so we can check it?

This is a fresh install, latest version. I mentioned in my initial post that I did disable all plugins not related to the theme and the issue stays.
