STYLES AND COLORS cannot be changed

I have been using the Basel theme for a while. I tried to change the theme color a few times but seems the color cannot be changed.
I deleted all the cache for both server and user side, it worked for a while( like 30 mins or half-day), but then it will go back to the original color. Even though I saw the color setting in the Theme setting is still the new setting, the actual color on my website was showing the old setting one.
I have tried to deactivate the cache plugin, the color will change to a new setting for a while, it then changes back to old color after sometime.
and when I use the prevent browser cache plugin to clean the cache, it will work for a while too, but after a while, it will change back to green color(original color) again.
2. and also sometimes the icon cannot be load, it becomes a square instead of the original icon.
3. and when I use Incognito mode to visit my site, the icon will become square and the color will be the original color too.

Please save the Theme Setting, and clear your cache to show the icons.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue with the colors, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

just to remind you that, my problem is the setting keeps going back after a while. It might works when you first change the setting, but it will eventually go back to the original setting.

Clone your site and move to a testing platform.
Then deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, for the whole week if it gets back. I suppose it is the cache or backup configuration on your server, this is not a theme issue.
