Promo Banner – Title not showing up

    For my website, I have edit in my homepage using the promo banner elements, I have created the tile for the banner however the texts is not showing up at all in the homepage. I have tried using all different browser and different desktop to look at my homepage but the texts is still not showing up on the promo banners.
    Need your advice ASAP.
