I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. You could not have the header same to same as in the screenshot attached. You can overlap the content from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header.

Then the header will overlap the content of your website.
It will be difficult for me to teach you to make the complete header. If you want to ask anything else then this then please provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific areas to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
