mbwanadavidParticipantHello,
On the front page, I have added a product categories section and set it to “Mansory (with first wide)”. In Edit mode everything is okay. When I click update and leave wp bakery, instead of it appearing with the first wide, the items appear in a line.
What could be the issue?
Regards.

mbwanadavidParticipantI have added some images to illustrate. One picture shows what I save (what i want.png), the other shows what I get after saving (what i get.png).

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I saw the screenshots you attached. If you want the masonry grid to apply and the set the categories display like the screenshot you attached. You need to upload the image for the first category larger than the others in the categories grid.
Means the first image will be 860x860px and the others will be 430x430px.
Then you need to set the thumbnail cropping to none from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Thumbnails.

Note: Thumbnail cropping will also affect the product thumbnails as well.
Best Regards.

mbwanadavidParticipantHello,
I have replaced the first image. It is 1773 by 1773. The rest are 150 by 150. I have also set the thumbnail cropping to none. It is still not working.
Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You don’t need to set too large an image for that like you added 1773×1773 You need to use the dimensions of the images used for example in our demo versions like I mentioned in my previous reply. No crop means that the images will appear in the dimensions in which they are added.
If you still unable then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards.
