    Hello, i need to have a site in 2 languages, english and italian. I’ve not found clear instructions in your documentation on how to duplicate pages (and content in general) to another language. I’ve installed one of your demos (retail-2) but when i copy content from the english version, the new page is broken in several aspects. Where can i find detailed instruction to duplicate all of your demo to Italian? I have installed WPML by the way.

    P.s. I’ve attached a screenshot of the hompeage copied via WPML in italian, as you can see several problems emerge.

    You need to install and configure a multilingual plugin. Our theme is 100% compatible with WPML https://wpml.org/

    Hello i have written in my message that i’ve already installed and configured WPML. And also that the problem is: i have one page with demo content imported and if i simply copy the page via WPML to Italian, the content is not correctly copied and the resultant page has several errors. I’ve also attached the page created via WPML.
    So please check again better the last message.
    Sent me in the case the correct procedure to copy content to another language. The standard one vi aWPML doesen’t work correctly.

    Hello, first of all thank you for your support. I’ve already done that procedure, is not the first site for me with multiple languages. As i’ve already wrote several times the problem is with the home page “retail-2”. Several aspects of the page are broken, you can see in the screenshot that i’ve send in the first message.
    But at this point, i’ll need to resolve the issue by myself since you seem to not (or want to) understand the problem.
    Is not the first time that i see really poor support for other languages in wordpress templates and this is another case as i can see…

    Hello,

    Our theme is 100% compatible with the WPML. However, our support does not cover help in configuration and other issues. At the same time, I have tested and get convinced that the page is translated correctly and all the elements are cloned to the translation. I have provided the screens to show how to translate pages.

    Your Product AJAX Tabs are empty as your products are not translated. Create a translation for all the products, categories, attributes https://prnt.sc/skzjqg

    And check again.

    Hello, i know that the products are not translated. If you check the menù and header parts are all broken. Since the demo page was not touched, i think that this is not a correct behaviour.

    Please create all the languages header, if you have any problems in configuration, please let me know I will help to configure.
