Checkout page problem, endless load

    We don’t understand why, but sometimes an endless load appears on the checkout page.

    We have tested disabling the plugins and it remains the same.

    And after a while without doing anything, it works again.

    Also our server support has investigated and we can’t find out why.

    We also disable AJAX shop, and it doesn’t matter

    Could you help us to know why this happens?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    It is currently working, it is useless to change the theme. It will continue to work.

    It only happens at certain times, so we are worried about publishing this project if there are any errors.

    Maybe you have some PHP or server errors sometimes. Anyway, this should be checked from the server-side since all errors have to be in logs.
