Minimise Gap Below Header and Under Slider

    Hi,

    I have looked in the Xtemos How to documents and cant find out how to minimise the gap below the Header or just above the slider on the Home page. I also want to minimise the gap below the slider.

    Will appreciate any guidance on this matter.
