Change Billing Details Title

Two requests here relating to the same thing. On the final checkout page:
1. How do I change the title from “Billing Details” to “Shipping Details” (http://spectrumlockers.com/checkout/)
2. When the order confirmation is received after a successful purchase, how do we customize the email’s content? Where is the template stored? We want to change “Billing address” to “Shipping Details”
