    Hi,
    I am not sure why my promo PopUp subscribes option missing and showing a code into the banner. How can I fix it?

    Hello,

    You need to take the valid form shortcode in the plugin https://prnt.sc/spnsx2 and insert into the HTML block shown in your settings.
