Cannot see Products count on Element Product categories

    Hi,

    On Product categories element, we cannot set to show the sum of all products under certain category. In Theme setting, Hide product count on category is OFF.

    Please help :).

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have not enabled any cache plugin on your site. And also, make sure that you have assigned the products to that category as well. Without assigning any product to the category it will not show the count on the category.

    iif the issue still exists then please send me the WP admin login details of your site and the page URL where the issue exists so I will check and solve the issue for you.

    Thanks for your answer! Sorry for the delay, we were busy with the site migration.

    So, i have products under those categories. I`m sending you credentials for WP Admin.

    Hi,

    I see that appear now. But, on demo i see that number of products apper only on hover.

    Also, number of products do not appear under the title when i navigate on a category. Please see attachement.

    Hi,
    I’ve seend that you disabled some plugins. Please, reverse them back, that is online and we cannot affort to lose orders. We have our platform where we do tests, i ll be back soon with all the info you need, wp acredentias and ftp login.

    But please, undo all the tests you’ve made. If you cannot do it, i will restore the site. But try please!
