Custom designed text popup

Hello, I want to make a text button popup which will be triggered when I will click on a button. However, I am not able to create the popup and link it with the button. When I create it using the HTML blocks option and link it with the button, nothing happens after clicking it. Please guide me to do so at the earliest.

I have created the popup and configured the button in the 360-degree page for testing it works now. Please provide the page URL with the problem as well as the screen of the button configuration.

The popup should be triggered when I click the ” click here to see our csr policy” button. I want the popup as a text with 2 columns. Please guide me on how to do this. And also which id should I put in the popup button section as shown in the screenshot?
