[email protected]ParticipantHi guys,
We purchased the Based theme 1-2 months ago.
So far everything has been perfect but recently we encountered a problem.
When you try to use the AJAX widgets in the main horizontal filter, they work just fine: http://dev.malchugani.com/produkt-kategoriya/%D0%BF%D1%8A%D0%B7%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8/
The Basel default one and the YITH also.
But when we try to put the AJAX widgets in the vertical sidebar, they stopped working.
Also, they are not even recognized by the theme, I think. There is a conflict about these ajax features, because when we turn off the theme, they start to work, but when we apply them on a sidebar with an activated theme, they don’t even show up
None of their code is generated as HTML as well. Just blank sidebar: http://dev.malchugani.com/pzeli/
We’ve already tried to disable the AJAX from the theme as option in the Product Page Option Panel, but with no success.
Any help and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for contacting us.
You said that it worked correct before, what happened so they stopped working? Could you please provide us your admin access and FTP credentials and widgets to the sidebar that are not working?
Thank you

[email protected]ParticipantWell, the widgets only work without the theme activated. After activating the theme they just stopped. We need the ajax widgets to work on the sidebar. The credentials are provided below.

[email protected]ParticipantI’ve added the File Manager Plugin which is alternate to FTP, you can browse all the wordpress files with it.

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry but this is not a solution. In case when we will get some error while editing files we will not able to undo the changes and site will be broken. Just try to create a new FTP user
provide us: host, port, mode (passive, active), FTP or SFTP, username and password.July 18, 2016 at 7:54 am #2029

Artem TemosKeymasterWe just moved filters widgets from “Pazeli” to “Shop page widget area” and see them on the shop page http://dev.malchugani.com/shop/
AJAX doesn’t work because of JS errors in console caused by some Custom JS code that doesn’t belong to our theme

https://gyazo.com/ed9adbc9873f3bdd9b7eaa501b6b3652Please check this and remove this code if it doesn’t work
