WPBakery Page Builder Not Working

    Hi Team,
    From few days WPBakery Page Builder is not working here.
    It is asking Update but needs “activate your copy of the plugin”.
    What can I do now ?

    Even I am unable to remove a part from my homepage. Unable to set homepage by WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER.
    I want to remove a product section those are showing just below “SUBSCRIBE OUR SOCIAL NETWORK TO GET LATEST DEAL” this green line.

    Hello,

    WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

    You can update the plugin in Appearance > Install plugins. If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    4. Upload and install.

    If you still have the problem, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue.

    I am not clear about your reply.
    I am unable to update it. if I want to update it asking “Submit activation key”

    I am unable to remove a part from my homepage. Unable to set homepage by WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER.

    As per your suggestion, I have taken my Backup.
    I also attached here some issue I am facing

    1. Some images showing extra big. Images should be the same for all listing.

    2. in this position I want more small size, maximum posting showing this size image.

    The plugin has been updated https://prnt.sc/sssflp Next time, navigate to Appearance > Install the plugin, choose the plugin and press “Update” It does not require any activation.

    If you want to set a page as the home page, navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Reading and set the page.

    Hi, After seeling your answer I think, either I was unable to clear you or you did not understand my issue.
    Your theme is very complicated for a beginner. It is not so easy that I can build a home page with WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER.
    Now left the IMAGES issue. and help me to solve the below issue.

    1. you told me “The plugin has been updated https://prnt.sc/sssflp”.
    I don’t know when I told you that I am facing updated woocommerce.

    2. you told me “In order to delete the row/section click “cross”.
    So can you del this section (https://prnt.sc/steyai) what process you told me.
    Note- I added this section by WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER but now not showing anything there.- https://prnt.sc/stf1gq

    So the main issue with WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER. If I am adding anything with WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER NOT WORKING not showing properly or not able to remove again.

    Hello,

    I have updated the plugin once more https://prnt.sc/sthf44

    If you want to delete the section/row or element in WP Bakery page builder, you should use a cross. As for the shop/category page,

    it is not possible to delete product row in the shop or category page, you can set the number of items in the row and number of products on the page.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try to add something to a page or delete and check, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check deeper

    Hi. Sorry for my english, i’m from Russia. I didn’t remember when, but wpbakery not working in woocommerce products, and works in pages. What it can be?
