Categories dropdown in WOO search form

Ajax search is enabled, categories created, Relevanssi configured, but when choosing a category and clicking search from the drodown menu, it shows me all products from the shop, instead of the specific category, or sub-category, products only.
What could be done to fix this?

Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
