First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
I saw the screenshots you attached. The Html Blocks are not set to work for the mobile menu.
You need to create a separate menu for mobile and use the sub-categories as the sub items from Appearance >> Menus.

Then set the menu as categories from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Mobile header.

As I mentioned in my previous reply the HTML block on hover does not work for mobile as they do in the desktop version. So you need to create a separate menu and add sub items to it and then add the menu as the categories menu in the mobile menu.

no i said on second picture when i megamenu sub categories start from the top.
i want it hover beside the categories that i hover the mouse

I saw the screenshot you attached. To Display the categories on like in the screenshot. You need to add the other categories as sub-items from edit menus.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings to display the HTML Block as the simple dropdown from the side it is set to be displayed from the top.
You can try adding the sub-categories as sub items of the particular item as I mentioned in my previous reply.
