Edit function is empty in page's setting

    Hi Team,

    After update the theme, the pop up setting window is empty when I try to edit the page’s content, do you know how to solve this?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi Team, just a quick check, could it be the issue of the WPBakery Page Builder version?
    Currently I have 6.1 version installed but I can’t upgrade it to version 6.2.
    Appreciate your help.

    No, it shouldn’t be because of this. Anyway, you can update the plugins to the latest version simply uninstalling and installing it from Appearance -> Install plugins.
