fuanm90ParticipantI had been using this template for more than a year no problem. but now some customers are reporting that the heather gets too big and don’t allow to visualize the website properly, currently, I had reports only on chrome, customers that report problems on chrome say that it works fine on Microsft Edge.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

fuanm90ParticipantHI Artem,
I was using Smush to compress and optimize the images, it looks that when i disable it, now the header worked fine. it is rare. I will keep checking on this. Do you know a known plugin to optimize the images that work fine with your template?
Thanks,
Juan Mora

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems that it does not just optimize images but does some changes in the HTML code and causes this issue. Try to contact plugin’s developers for help. Sorry, but we don’t have a plugin to recommend you for this purpose.

fuanm90ParticipantI disable all CSS optimizers but apparently the problem persisted. but only on some computers, it is now a very replicable problem. but as you a see on the google speed sight it is showing the problem. is it able to limit the heather high? would you please look and hopefully add that parameter to the header.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe have tested in different browsers on different PCs but the header looks correctly everywhere https://prnt.sc/t61pyq https://prnt.sc/t61q9l

fuanm90ParticipantYes, it is a very rare problem, it doesn’t happen on my computer either, I found that on my computer’s friend it does happen. I also fond that Google Speed Insight also sees the big header. please make the test by yourself on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/.
thanks

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterIn our office, we have around 8 computers including Windows and Mac devices. We have tested your site in several computers wit both OS, with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge and IE11 browsers and got the same result without header issues. We have also tested your site in Google PageSpeed (https://prnt.sc/t6q719) and GTmetrix (https://prnt.sc/t6q7s9) and header also look normal.
Unfortunately, we cant provide you with a solution since we can’t check the following issue. If you are facing this problem on your friend computer only, please check his browser settings, browser cache, additional browser extensions and maybe try to open your site on different browsers.
Best Regards
