PRODUCT EXTRA OPTIONS not updating

    The PRODUCT EXTRA OPTIONS section on the edit product screen isn’t working. I have the “Add “New” label” checkbox ticked but when I try and untick the box and update the product it doesn’t save and the new label checkbox is still ticked.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check how it works on the default (Storefront) theme to detect if our theme causes the problem or it is the issue of the plugin configuration.

    If it works well on the Storefront, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    changing themes removes this box as it is theme specific so I cannot do that…

    Please disable and remove CMB2 and Redux Framework they are no more needed. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
