    Hi,

    The product titles in my staging site is not clickable…could you please look into it.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    This issue has been existing since we installed the theme. The login details are submitted below in the private content area.

    Please check the access and your site.

    Please disable all the plugins not related to the theme.

    Hi,

    Please refresh a couple of times and try again. It could be a hosting issue. It is working for us though. We have disabled the plugins not related to the theme.

    Pls try again and revert.
