    The sticky online button is the functionality of the third party chat system that is not part of our theme.

    If you are trying to ask anything else then provide with some relevant screenshot to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    To make the part of the header sticky you need to edit the header from WoodMart >> Header Builder.

    And make the row of the header sticky.

    Yes, The question is: The sticky header apply for both destkop and mobile?
    It is possible to activate only for Mobile?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but it is not possible to make it sticky on mobile only. The only way to do this is to hide this header row on the desktop.

    You can specify a row for the mobile, then make it sticky and hide it for the desktop.

    Hi, There no way to sticky on mobile only ?? 100% sure?

    I cannot hide the row on desktop

    Hello,

    Yes, 100% sure. You can not make the sticky header only for Mobile. When you enable the sticky option then it will sticky on both Desktop and Mobile.
