Horizontal seperator not showing

I tried inserting the horizontal separator from wp bakery element but it didn’t show up. However even if it did I don’t think it would have had the effect I wanted. I want the line to go all across the page and be an extension of the shorter line that appears under the section title text.
I took a screenshot for clarification.
the idea is to separate this section from the one above it in a visual way.

Have you set the height inside the element? Please check and set if you have not done that yet.

Manipulating the line height doesn’t change what I want because I want the underline option to stretch all the way to the opposite side of the screen. Right no w in the screenshot, the underline only goes through half of the letters in the word. I would like to make it stretch across the whole screen so that it acts as a divider.
Any ideas on how to do this?
