schluesseldiscountParticipantHello,
We encountered huge problem with our website. In our header log in/register button (link) does not work properly. When user clicks on the button, screen only goes dark. Side panel is not showing.
I’ve solved this issue temporarily by creating regular link in form of a button, but this is not a solution!
But there is more, google search engine send us a message that our mobile view of log in page is stretched! Not readable for customers at all!
Another problem, maybe connected, maybe not: Customer tab in Woocommerce plugin is not responding as well. It just tries to load, but without success. WordPress still responsive despite load error.
Things that i did already: deactivated, purged cache with W3, activated some plugins, updated manually some elements of Woocommerce. Updates all plgins, updated theme, purged cache with W3 like 100 times, purged cache in browsers (Opera, Chrome, Firefox). Nothing helped.
Please advise.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As for Login/Register element in the Header builder, please set either drop-down or sidebar in both: mobile and desktop view of the Header builder, remove the customization you have added. http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3
As for the second problem: deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

schluesseldiscountParticipantFirst problem solved, thank you! I just switched to other header, purged cache, and switched back to our main header. Now it works! Thank you so much!
As for the second problem, should i create some account with admin right and post it in this Private Content field?
How i can switch the parent theme?
