my website news latter popup isn't showing

i have enable and edit my news latter popup option and set up everythung but . it won’t showng up on my website’s home page.
i need help

Please follow the following steps to add a promo popup
1)Please make sure that you installed the MC4WP plugin.
2)Then you need to create an HTML Block and add the shortcode of the mailchimp form inside it.
3) Add the html block shortcode in the promo popup area under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup.

Then regenerate CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator. Clear cache and check back.
If you are still unable to show after following steps then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide admin panel login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,
I have logged into your website and the promo popup is working absolutely fine. The problem is that you have set the option from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup >> Show after number of pages visited.
You have set the value to 2. Which means that the popup will be displayed when the user visits at least 2 pages.

I have visited two pages and the popup is displayed.

You can set the value to 0 if you want to display on the first visit.
