    hello sir,
    I have faced two problems.
    1st problem.
    I have a problem with the mobile menu on my Apple iPhone XR device. Menu item disappears. please watch the video. This video is made only to show the problem to you, not for views.Video duration only 15sec

    Note: For your kind information. I have purchased this theme you know without purchase key I can’t create an account on the forum. I have active this theme on my main site which is http://iteezz.com/ . I am using this site for demo purposes. When the buyer chooses the demo I will tell them to purchase the theme. And already some buyers have purchased woodmart theme for my recommendation, sir. I hope you can understand this.

    Hello,

    1. Could you please temporarily disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme so we can test it?

    2. As we can see, you are using some third party plugin for filters in the sidebar. It seems that this plugin is not fully compatible with our off canvas sidebar and AJAX shop function.

    Sir, Please check this site. I just away to finish this site, And he will buy this theme after finishing this site. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. and there is another problem
    this add to card and add to wishlist button doesn’t work on his phone Apple iPhone XR.

    Hello sir,
    Woodmart has so much bug when I used some plugin. This is not good. because we need that functionality that’s why we used other plugins. My buyer wants to make 3 websites with woodmart but he told me there is so much bug. He is so confused to buy this theme. You have to solve that three problems with all of the plugin sir.

    You have told me this plugin is not compatible so. Please suggest a compatible plugin

    Sir, He have a agency that’s why this project is important for me and woodmart. he will buy so many themes.

    1. Do you mean that this happens because of Gtranslate plugin only?

    2. Please, disable all external plugins as we asked.

    3. As mentioned already, the sidebar problem is because of extra plugin with filter that is not compatible with our theme. Sorry, but we don’t have a fix for this and we didn’t declare this plugin compatibility in our theme’s description.

    If you are not happy with our theme because of this, we can return your money back on ThemeForest.

    Hello sir, Sorry to disturb you again. I loved woodmart theme. Sir, please solve only one problem then it will be really good for me.

    Note: When I enable the Gtranslate Mobile menu working fine on Andriod but the problem on Apple phone. When I deactivate the Gtranslate mobile menu working fine on both Andriod and apple.
    You can see the problem active and deactivate Gtranslate and other plugins. I need gtranslate to switch language.

    Its humble request to you please just solve this one problem. And I tell you again sir you can active and deactivate all plugin for checking and just try to activate and deactivate Gtranslate you will get the problem.

    ANd please you can add another Language switch plugin Or suggest to me if this free and compatible with woodmart.

    Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
