After downloading the theme is missing file

I am reporting with an issue. I paid 74 USD for woodmart theme and there is a file “style.css” missing. I thought that the folder will be ready for use, if its paid ? Or is it on purpose not working, because there is another 50 USD for installation ??!! what is this ?

I am very sorry you have faced such a problem. You could upload or repack the theme folder incorrectly. Please provide the net WordPress installation with access, and advice which demo you would like to upload. We shall install the theme correctly without any problems. WoodMart theme is ready to use.
