Problem with some Font Awesome Icons

    Hello, we have a Problem with some Font Awesome Icons. They are displayed as squares. Some others work. All are selected the same way in WP Bakery with Icons drop down menue -> Font Awesome 5 Icons.

    Please enable “Always use” in the Theme settings > Performance > CSS > FontAwesome

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area or confirm the permit to disable the plugins for 15 minutes for checking. Maker the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    below you find the admin access. This is a clone of our current site, so you can disable the plugins as it is needed.

    I have just noticed as I have set up the staging environment, that it works there. The only difference between live and stage is the disabled cache from the hosting side, as far as I know. Our hoster said it has to do something with the theme settings anyway. I have also cleared cache several times.

    So can you please check both live and stage?

    When I try to enter the site I see 404 page https://prnt.sc/t0oxjr

    I see the same on both the live and staging site.

    I just solved same issue by doing:

    1) Go to Woodmart settings and generate new CSS file
    2) Go to theme settings and just click save settings on any option
    3) On Chrome do hard reload + clear cache.

    If fixed the issue

    Thanks, I have tried that, but it only solves the issue with regular icons like after and update or a backup restore, when they are all displayed as squares. But not in this case with these two icons unfortunately.

    Hello,

    We have updated the WP Bakery icons on our server. You need to re-save the file in CSS Generator so that icons would be shown.

    You have done something in our live environment and the design was gone for a while. Better would have been to do this in the staging environment. Anyway, now it works after creating the new CSS file.
