Hello,

You need to set zero margins for the row, which contains the Product categories element. Then check and if you will need a space add the padding-bottom as per your needs.

I see ok, what is HV? I always thought it was pixels, but I see a lot of the HVs now.

Check the Design tab of the rows/columns/element, if you see this value, replace with the pixes or zero.
