Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce. Please provide the logs from the default theme.

i do a backup everyday auto so all good.
now i switch to storefront theme and then run debug? and send you log?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, provide the site admin access to the private area and confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins and switch to the theme.
