Why recently I can't receive email from my website?

please i need your help for what recently I can’t receive email from where users visit my website and submit any contact form or request a quote or any form. As I was able to receive emails many days ago, but i don’t know why it’s disabled now. please kindly help to check, thank you very much!

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

Have you checked the emails on the default theme? When you export the settings a file will be downloaded to your PC

i never use default theme so how can i check with it? can’t you directly check and confirm if the problem on your theme? Please

1. Make the full backup of your site.
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes
3. Choose any free theme and activate
4. Check the problem.
5. Activate WoodMart.
