I saw the screenshot you attached. You are not translating the correct string that’s why it’s not working in your case.

Please Go to Dashboard >> Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.

Then you first need to click the sync button then search for the string and translate.

If you still unable then provide with correct admin panel login details of the website because currently I am unable to login to your website. The URL is not working.
