WPML Switcher in header like Demo

Are there any instructions on how to get the WPML language switcher, like the menu in the Woodmart demo, in the header?
Is it just a WordPress Menu added through the Theme header builder? Or is it using the WPML language siwtcher?

To add a language switcher in the header you need to install and configure WPML. The language switcher is WPML functionality.
