Search products in categories displays all products

Hi,
If I go to a product category…
https://greek-sandals.com/product-category/women-sandals/
and filter out product using the filters
I get as a result all the product with that filter instead of only the products in the category plus the filter.
Ex result if I go to “women sandals” category and filter out only the black colour items I will get a result this page https://greek-sandals.com/shop/?filter_color=black
Is this something with the settings?
In the theme settings if I enable the “AJAX shop” option it works as it should.
