Shopping Cart widget – Right side of the screen

    Hello,

    Somewhoe, the shopping cart widget on the right side of the screen isn’t working, while it is activated in the theme settings. Do you know why?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have set the behavior of the cart the same for both desktop and mobile from WoodMart >> Header Builder.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Thanks for your feedback. The settings are correct and I have tested all 3rd party plugins. Still no change. Can you look into this? Login details have been shared.

    I have logged into your website and tried to deactivate all the third party plugins but caught an Error. Please

    Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, activate parent theme. Then Check back.

    If the problem continues then leave the plugins deactivated and tell me we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

    Thanks. I have deactivated all external party plugins. Non of them seem to cause the issue. Also with all these plugins deactivated, the widget is still not working. Would you be able to look into this?
