base data issue consume all I/O Usage and Physical Memory Usage

Hello friends.
I have an issue with the template.
I install the template and at some point it starts to fail, I thought the error was in some plugin or update but No.
The problem is that the page consumes 100% of my I / O usage and Physical Memory Usage, just by wanting to change an image or edit any content, apart from that no error is generated in the error.log, and try to use the plugin WP-optimize 3.1.2 to optimize the database and the problem persists, even delete all files and start from scratch and it happened again.
I cannot solve it with a major hosting because the error would consume disk usage since the problem would persist.
Help me please.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Since the problem is on the backend then it should not be something related to our theme.

Hello i make the change of template, and the problem persist. How ca i fixed the issue,is reallly problem for me becouse i can´t edit anithing, and i try to start from cero and at some point the issue happended again.

Sorry, but we don’t have a solution to this since it is not a theme issue in case it doesn’t work with other themes as well. Most likely, there is some conflict with installed plugins or with your hosting server configuration.

I make an a analize and found that the couse of the error is WooMart plugin, for some reason theplugin have an isssue and ocassionate the page consumes 100% of my I / O usage and Physical Memory Usage. i even save all the advance off the page and reinstall from cero the template content but the problem persist.
So please, help me to make the sistem work.

Yes i do, but when i used other theme the plugin WooMart dont was unistall, i unistall plugin per plugin y make an analice to my hosting to found the excesive consume of sistem and the WooMart plugin its cousing the error on my I / O usage and Physical Memory Usage.
So please help me soon has posible becaouse i getta make it work correctly like allways. its no the first time i use the tempalete but yes its the first time i have problems.
