    Hi,

    I recently checked my logs and got this:

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Please make sure your theme and all the related plugins have been updated.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick answer.
    I have installed a staging site version of my site in order to deactivate plugins one by one but I cannot check log errors since they are errors from a few days ago and they don’t appear in the log view.

    My site is fully operational and I do not want to break anything… What else can I do? Are these errors critical? I have no idea what they actually means.

    Hello,

    Please watch the log files and advise when these errors occur again. Perhaps the reason was the non-updated plugins. You have updated the plugins and the errors have gone.

    Hi,

    The errors keep coming. Deactivating plugins is not helping here since I do not know where the error comes from. Do you have any other suggestion that might help resolve this?

    Just in case, I have a staging site running…

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of the site and update the theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/

    Then update the related plugins. If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area.

    Where exactly can we see these errors? Do you know the page that generates them? We need to know it to be able to reproduce.

    No I have been trying to find what generates these errors but in vain.

    These errors were generated a few days ago. Maybe you tried to open the website while the theme update or some plugins update. If they are not constantly generated then you can ignore them.
