    Hello i got this fatal error sometimes (in the morning and sometimes in the evening) :
    I have been told that it can be related to theme do you have any clue ?

    PHP Warning: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1203): User “” already has more than ‘max_user_connections’ active connections in wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1633

    Hello,

    Database connection is the WordPress functionality, a theme does not have such functionality. That is why this error is caused either by WordPress either the Database itself.
