Hide Sub category in homepage

Hello, i want to show only and the categories in the homepage, the woodmart category widget is showing all tha category, and sub category.

Browse Categories is an element that allows you to create and show the category menu as per your needs. The rest category widgets are not editable. Please provide the screen of the widget you mean.

I want explain more, my problem, is that all the sub categories, and categories are shown, but i want only the parent categories to be shown…. which is logic….
Please don’t change anything, if you find the problem, just tell me it, i need to do it by myself. Thanks.

As you can see in the attached photo, DOOGEE Huawei, Infinix are sub categories of Smartphone category. but i don’t know why the are considered as a categories, by the templates.

If you show the categories by means of the Product category element, indicate category ID or title which you want to show. The sub-category is also a category, just the second in the hierocracy.

There is no option to show the only parent. You can show them by the title of ID.
