Search by SKU not working

    Hi,

    We’ve enabled ‘search by product SKU’ in Woodmart settings but the SKU search on website frontend is still not working.

    Do you know why this may be?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Thanks, when i switch to the parent theme it seems to work (without having to deactivate any plugins). What does this mean and how can i fix in the child theme. thank you
