    Error 1:
    API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

    Error 2:
    download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds Please check & Revert ASAP

    Please support accordingly..

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

    It seems like your server blocks the request to our API. Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to review this problem. Or you can try to use some other hosting like BlueHost or WP Engine.

    Hello VASANTHA CHOLAN,

    We have checked on the issue and as you can see the theme WoodMart requires a licensed version of one of the builder plugin either WPBakery page builder or Elementor (recommended). As they are both chargeable, please look into this. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.

    Also, we have tried to directly download the js_composer.zip from the URL: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/plugins/js_composer.zip for WPBakery Page Builder but it fails. So you need to check with the WoodMart team for the same.

    But the problem with the license key is not checked yet. Please, ask them to check the activation request first.
