theme setting reset themselves

I did not click anything that would have done this. I lost all customization on our site. please tell me there is an easy way to restore / never let this happen again.
I’m going through now to try to make all my custom edit now as we have a live auction happening.

I am very sorry. You could press “Reset” and did not notice that. Please contact your host support. There are host provides who make automatic site backups, perhaps you can restore the site.
For the future, as soon as you configure your Theme settings, export them in the Theme Settings > Export to have the possibility to upload.

please help not no one can access the check out/cart. when we click on it it only turns the page gray, they can’t pay or see items they need to pay for in their accounts. we have a live auction now, please help.
omg, i disabled one plugin and i can see the cart now but there is nothing in it.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

i am on parent theme, I’ve tested the cart issue on another theme and see it’s still an issue. So I’m assuming it’s a woocommerce issue. I have deactivation and deleted woocommerce and I still am having an issue.
