Slider Resolution Mobile View problem

May i know why the slider that i created by using slider resolution is not mobile responsive? Just now when i created it it working but then now suddenly not showing mobile responsive.

The problem is fixed. But how can i insert the brand in the website i try to find it on woocommerce but i could not found the section to insert the brand

You can create a new attribute in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes and then choose it to be a brand in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Brands.

May i know why the video element in slider durantion is run out so fast? in the setting i set to 9000ms but it look like 3000ms only? I got contact slider resolution they said because i dont have purchase code so cannot support me they want me refer to you guys.
