    Morning!

    I recently have one issue with the products pages. I was working adding the info and on desktop all is working normal, but on phone, it doesn´t appear any information.

    I dont change nothing and I dont add any new plugin, only upload to the latest version of the theme. Also the translations made with “Loco translate” it looks like it dissapear.

    Did you noticed that?

    On private content you have the links to Admin and product, but it is so possible you couldn not access from determinate countries if I dont give permissions.

    I have blocked some countries to the admin, for that I asked in which country you are, for give you access.

    Of course I try on real mobile. If you can say me your country I will give you access. I need solve the issue today.

    Hi,

    Maybe you don´t underestand my question or I explain not good, maybe you must read a bit more carefully the problem and the links I provide you. Also you send me a screenshot of one product (the first that you saw in the products pages without follow my instructions for see where is the problem) I dont underestand why, but you choose by yourself that and not which I told you, which is complete.

    If you take one product who dont have description because is not finished (full description, videos and more accordions), is so difficult you see the issue on mobile device.

    More than 30 hours without solutions from the side of XTEMOS only one answer here every 4 or 5 hours, but without solutions, it is good that the web is in maintenance, because if we have that kind of problems with a complete and working shop, it could be so bad.

    Anyway thanks for share some comments with us (it will help us to choose better in the future), it was so good for see the answers from the specialists when you have problems, fast and resolutive.

    We can close that topic. The issue is solved now (without help of XTEMOS) (and in that moments, who know tomorrow, or after tomorrow).

    Hi one more time,

    That is really frustrating. Woodmart dont show the product description on phone view and sometimes on desktop view since minimum the last 2 days (finished products, not empty products of course).

    I need to solve it. We need to present that project and we already lost 2 days without solutions.

    I will provide you the exactly product that you need to check on private content. It was already tested on 2 iPhones and 1 phone Android, 1 tablet Lenovo and 1 MacBook. The description disapear and it is already finished.

    Wait solutions.
