Woodmart Atribute filters not working

Hi, I have added the widget “Filter products by attributes” to my “Shop page widget area” but it is not working. I have attributes stetted on most of my products, but still not working. Help! 🙂

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Thanks, where can I find a list of which are the plugins related with the theme? I have many and couldnt tell which ones are which.

Hi, thank you so much for your help, I did what you recommended and it still doesn’t show the Attributes filter 🙁 what could be causing the problem? Is there anything else I can do?

We see that you have added filter by brand to your shop page sidebar. Please, send us some examples of products with this attribute.
