i cant click on the elementor edit button

Hello im searching on the forum and i cant find the answer for the problem.
i only can click the elementor button on the main page and cant click them in other site…

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Sorry for the first post, its was meanless.
My problem is when I try to edit with elementor the shop page, its retursn me “The_content” error.
I disable many of plugins to check what is causing this problem, and the site goes to critical error.
After that, I couldnt enter to the site, so I rename the plugin folder and after I get in to the backend, I renamed again the plugin folder.
Now, the plugins are disabled, but the problem still exist, I cant edit the shop page.

Hello,

The shop page is the functional page. You cannot add any content there directly.

The recent version allows adding custom content to the top of the shop page:

1. Enable Top filters in the Theme Settings > Shop > Shop filters https://gyazo.com/3564df2a5d658a0010b6c0ebd0b537d4

2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

4. You can choose the HTML block with the content from the Shop filters custom content drop-down.
