API request call error

    When trying to activate our theme license key, there is the error appearing:
    “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”

    We contacted our server providers and they said we already have the latest version of OpenSSL.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    We are not able to view your website. Seems that your server limit the access to your website. And that may also cause the problem with API access. Please, check both problems with your hosting provider first.

    You have some restrictions on your server and we are able to view your website using VPN only.

    Please, contact your hosting provider to check the issue.
