Password recovery not working

Hello,
The password recovery doesn’t work on my site.
Once you get to the lost-password page and hit the sent button it redirects to a 404 not found.

Also on the email woocommerce send with the recovery link is the same url that doesn’t exist.

Could you please check how it works with default WordPress theme to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Hello, I changed the theme and the issue is not your theme.
Maybe is a plugin, the woocommerce version or something else, can you point me which plugins the theme use so I can deactivate each one to try to fin the issue by myself.
Anyway I sent you admin and ftp access so you can take a look and give us a more accurate advice.

We suggest you disable all plugins installed on your website one by one and check how the function works to detect which one causes the issue.

The issue was with the WPML Woocommerce Multilingual plugin just in case someone has the same issue.
