I saw the screenshot you attached.
1) To use the categories menu in the header you need to create a menu from Appearance >> Menus and add product categories to it.
Then you need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> And add the categories element in it.

2) Then to add a slider to the page. You need to use the slider revolution element of the Wp-Bakery Page Builder and set the slider you want to display.
